My goal is to help people live more fulfilling, heart-centered lives. This starts within. Constantly in motion, we often find it difficult to listen to our needs. I offer spiritual training through Reiki certification and distant healing sessions. As a mother of three, I am also focused on instilling positive values in children to establish a strong foundation of self-love. This helps them move through their lives confident in who they are and what they want. I have published a series of children’s books with this purpose.
